Teeswater Kinsmen First Group from South Bruce to support Our Hospital, Our Future campaign with $50,000 Donation

The Kinsmen Club of Teeswater & District has committed a $50,000 five year pledge to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation’s Our Hospital, Our Future campaign. This makes the Kinsmen the first major donor to the Hospital redevelopment project from the Municipality of South Bruce.

A significant number of patients from South Bruce are served by the Wingham & District Hospital. Kinsmen member Steve Tiffin said, “The Kinsmen recognize the importance of the Hospital to our community and it was important to the club to step forward and be part of this project”.

The Kinsmen Club of Teeswater raises funds through events such as the Teeswater Fall Fair, Men’s Steak Night, Fishing Derby, Spook House, Santa Claus Parade and more. Watch the local papers for upcoming event details. The Kinsmen presented their donation to Campaign Chair Mark Foxton at the Memory Park they donated to the Town of Teeswater. Foxton thanked the group and said that, “Donations like these have put us in a position where we can now see the finish line of this campaign”.
